SheratonThe Captivate Masters week hotel of choice is the Four Points by Sheraton and is only a few minutes away. We have reserved a block of rooms for the conference.

The new LYNX Light Rail will connect you to all the excitement of Uptown and the city's best restaurants in just a matter of moments, or travel in the opposite direction to Pineville.

Reservation Method: Individuals will need to identify themselves when calling for reservations. Reservations should be made at least two weeks prior to arrival, by calling the Hotel directly. The rate for the hotel is $70 per night.

Driving Directions

To Lodestone from Charlotte-Douglas Intl. Airport (CLT) - 10 miles

  1. Start out going West on RC JOSH BIRMINGHAM PKWY. – go about 3.5 miles
  2. Take the BILLY GRAHAM PARKWAY SOUTH ramp towards I-77.
  3. Merge onto BILLY GRAHAM PKWY 
  4. Take the TYVOLA RD exit and turn right onto TYVOLA RD
  5. You will cross over I-77 and take a left at the second light onto Seventy-Seven Center Dr.
  6. Take the first right into the parking lot. Park anywhere and enter through the front doors.
  7. Lodestone is located on the second floor, first suite on the right. (The Wachovia Bank is no longer located in the bottom floor of our building!)

To Lodestone from I-85

  1. Take Billy Graham Parkway exit South. Go past the airport.
  2. Take the TYVOLA RD exit and turn right onto TYVOLA RD
  3. You will cross over I-77 and take a left at the second light onto Seventy-Seven Center Dr.
  4. Take the first right into the parking lot. Park anywhere and enter through the front doors.
  5. Lodestone is located on the second floor, first suite on the right. (The Wachovia Bank is no longer located in the bottom floor of our building!)

To Lodestone from I-77

  1. From I-77 Northbound, at the top of the ramp turn right on to exit 5-Tyvola Road.
  2. Take a left at the second light onto Seventy-Seven Center Dr.
  3. Take the first right into the parking lot. Park anywhere and enter through the front doors. Lodestone is located on the second floor, first suite on the right. (The Wachovia Bank is no longer located in the bottom floor of our building!)
  4. From I-77 Southbound, at the top of the ramp turn left on to exit 5-Tyvola Road.
  5. Take a left at the second light onto Seventy-Seven Center Dr.

Attire

The conference attire for all sessions and social events is casual. You will be spending some time outdoors during the evening activities – so dress accordingly.

Holiday InnThe Captivate Masters week hotel of choice is the Holiday Inn Express - Madison Square Garden across the street. We have reserved a block of rooms for the conference.

Holiday Inn Express offers the following great amenities:

Reservation Method: Individuals will need to identify themselves when calling for reservations. Reservations should be made two weeks prior to arrival, by calling the Hotel directly. The rate for the hotel is between $180 - $269 per night.

Driving Directions

This is Manhattan – don’t drive.  Leave that up to the taxi and limo drivers. We recommend public transportation for navigating New York.

The conference attire for all sessions and social events is casual. You will be spending some time outdoors during the evening activities – so dress accordingly.
