Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between In-class and On-line?
In-class is when you attend the sessions at a Lodestone training center. You get an additional 45 min. per day consulting time with the instructor, and lunch is paid for. An on-line class is taken via Lodestone Live - our virtual classroom.

Is hotel included with the registration price?
No. We have reserved a block of rooms at a few hotels. Visit the Location page and you can contact the hotel directly - just mention you're with Lodestone Digital.

Will food be included with the price of registration?
Yes. We will provide everything except dinner. This includes snacks, drinks, and lunch. If you have any special dietary needs - please mention it during registration.

What if I need to cancel?
You can either send someone in your place, or get a 100% refund up until four weeks from the event. If it's two weeks prior to the event, only 50% of the fee is refundable. Unfortunately, after seven (7) days before the event, we cannot refund the conference cost.
