Josh CavalierAs CEO, Josh Cavalier oversees the direction of Lodestone Digital and is in charge of Lodestone’s eLearning consulting services. Cavalier, who founded Lodestone Digital in December 1999, leads the overall direction and operations of Lodestone Digital’s eLearning team across the United States. Cavalier brings extensive eLearning development experience, technology implementation and vision.

Prior to Lodestone Digital, Cavalier was art director for Handshaw, a leading eLearning services company based in Charlotte, NC. He was one of the key resources leading the effort for streamlining Handshaw’s eLearning development process, and transition from CD-ROM delivery to the web.

Recently, Cavalier just completed an engagement with Ingersoll Rand that involved the implementation of Captivate templates across four global brands. In addition, Lodestone created detailed eLearning standards guidelines for Ingersoll Rand University.

Josh holds a Bachelor's in Fine Arts from Rochester Institute of Technology. Cavalier is the co-author of the book, "Dreamweaver MX Magic", published in 2002. He is a frequent speaker at Adobe MAX conferences and ASTD meetings.

Arthur Phillips

Art PhillipsArt Philips is the driving force behind Lodestone Digital’s Enterprise Training division. Phillips has been focused on Adobe Flash technologies including Captivate, Flex and AIR. Phillips has been training Adobe products professionally for over 10 years. He loves making new and sometimes difficult concepts understandable to his audiences.

Art has created classes and institutes for George Washington University, the USDA Graduate School, the U.S. Coast Guard, the F.B.I., NASA, Johns Hopkins University and many others. His experience includes eLearning development, 3D modeling and animation, video, digital video, interactive multimedia, and Web development.

Art has assisted in the development and testing of Adobe's courseware and software. He is an Adobe Master Instructor and has been honored as Instructor of the Year.
