Lodestone Digital Partners with WebWare
Charlotte, NC, August 27, 2003 – Lodestone Digital, LLC, a consulting and training company in the digital media development industry, today announced an agreement with WebWare Corporation to support its award-winning Active Media™ enterprise digital asset management solutions. Through implementation and professional services, Lodestone Digital and WebWare will partner in deploying ActiveMedia’s line of solutions, including WebWare ActiveMedia Enterprise™ and ActiveMedia Access™, the first truly scalable digital asset management (DAM) system for under $50,000.
Under the terms of the agreement, Loadstone Digital will deliver customized enterprise solutions, including installation and deployment services, for Fortune 1000 companies. Users will receive custom services that include integration, UI development, XML/SOAP development, knowledge transfer and training.
“We chose WebWare as our DAM partner for several reasons,” said Lodestone president Josh Cavalier. “ActiveMedia offers an open architecture that enables it to integrate well with third-party technologies such as Adobe Graphics Server. That’s important to us because our focus is on helping clients make the best use of the best tools to enhance creativity and productivity in digital media creation and distribution. This open architecture also accommodates cross-media solutions, enabling us to focus on workflow issues without restrictions introduced by proprietary software systems.”
According to Carlos Montalvo, chief marketing officer for WebWare, Lodestone Digital’s client-centric approach and service makes Lodestone Digital a strategic and valued partner. “We welcome Lodestone Digital to our growing list of global systems integrators and VARS,” he said. “Lodestone Digital possesses proven training and knowledge transfer skills, and excels at bringing users up to speed on new technologies rapidly in order to maximize productivity and ROI.”
