How Do I Register?

Frequently Asked Questions

Is hotel included with the registration price?
No. We have reserved a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn, Midtown.  Visit the location link on the navigation bar and you can contact the hotel directly.  Just mention you're with Lodestone Digital.

Will food be included with the price of registration?
Yes. We will provide everything except dinner. This included continental breakfast, drinks, and lunch. If you have any special dietary needs - please mention it during registration.

What if I need to cancel?
You can either send someone in your place, or get a 100% refund up until March 1st. If it's after March 1st but before March 25th, only 50% of the fee is refundable. Unfortunately, after March 25th, we cannot refund the conference cost.
